Woke up to amazing lake views. The food was really good, especially the bolognese penne, and the atmosphere was upgraded with the loons calling in the evening.

The room lacked a microwave, and the windows barely opened were nice. Customer service could also use a friendlier touch.

Recently refurbished and well-maintained hotel located very close to the restaurant for breakfast in the rain, Saranac Lake and the mountains. Friendliness from the whole staff. Nicely furnished room, exceptionally comfortable beds, amazing pool. Lots of excellent food for meals. Perfect and excellent location close to everything we wanted to see.

Staff were super friendly, room was well-equipped and tastefully decorated with bathtub.

The lake view from our room was amazing. My family loved the spacious common areas, especially the cozy lobby where we gathered. We also enjoyed kayaking on the lake.

The view from my room was excellent, a sight to wake up to every morning. Plus, the staff helped me find my missing phone charger and that was excellent.

It was a wonderful place someone told me it was new like a year old and very clean. The staff was great, really friendly and attentive, making our stay feel special and personalized.

Loved the proximity to Tupper Lake and Lake Placid! The pool and outdoor fireplaces were a nice touch. Our room was clean and comfy, plus the staff were super friendly. The only bummer was the thin walls; you could hear the noise from outside really well and that 4am road cleaning was rough.
